Slow Cooker Short Ribs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Slow Cooker Short Ribs service and/or the Slow Cooker Short Ribs website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This DMCA Policy describes the information that should be present in a Notice of Copyright Infringement and a Counter-Notice.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Slow Cooker Short Ribs website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Slow Cooker Short Ribs will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

Please note that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this section, your DMCA notice may not be valid.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.

    • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  6. Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent at the address provided via our contact page.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a Counter-Notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Please note that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this section, your DMCA counter-notification may not be valid.

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Include both of the following statements in the body of the Counter-Notice:
    • "I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
    • "I hereby state that I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located or, if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Slow Cooker Short Ribs may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  • Deliver this Counter-Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent at the address provided via our contact page.
